I have an FO3045NT. It is extremely important to do something that Amada may not clearly tell you to do. If you're going to cut anything thicker than 1/8" material you must hook up an "evaporator/vaporizer". We did not and although Amada rose to the occasion and took care of the problem quickly at no cost to us, we lost a lot of production time. The machine is made in a way that it can easily be severely damaged if nitrogen gas comes into the machine faster than it can be vaporized. It is imperative to speak with your gas supplier and specify the proper model vaporizer and find out its total cost including hookup. I strongly suggest that you size the vaporizer to assume that you'll be cutting the thickest material the machine is able to cut and assume it's aluminum or stainless. Otherwise, if your product mix changes even on one job, you risk losing the machine.
